This 157 ft. house boat has 24 rooms ensuit. Pool, kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a four burner electric stove, large oven, microwave, additional ice maker, Mr. Coffee coffee maker, 30 cup coffee maker, warmers, crock pots, dishes, flatware, cookware & probably any utensil you might need.

A spacious front deck includes a table and chairs. The rear deck offers easy access to the water with a 3 ft. swim platform and ladder. For the swimmers it has numerous noodles and inflatables.

A 12' water slide was added during July of 2004. The upper deck has a large 7'X 7' hot tub with seating for 6 and a propane grill. The upper deck can also be set up with a total of 7 tables with seating for approximately 40 should it be needed.
